Bio: Jenny Brooks is a public relations account manager for a full service marketing agency. She recently rejoined the corporate world after spending the last couple of years living the small town life where no commute was longer than five minutes and a traffic jam consisted of five cars at a stoplight. She did freelance public relations and worked in a public relations job part time from home.

In “Mommy Utopia” she basically did as she pleased when not meeting the needs of a growing family (which was never, really). Presented with a job opportunity in Birmingham, Alabama, she and her family moved across the country and rejoined the world of working in the big city. The commute is definitely longer and there’s a lot less latitude when it comes to reporting in to the boss, but they’re making it work and enjoying their new adventures.
